Farmhouse Campiglia Marittima

Campiglia Marittima is an ancient medieval castle that thanks to its strategic position, on top of a hill a few km from the coast, overlooks the sea and the countryside.
The old town shows numerous testimonies of its glorious past. Walking along alleys and squares, among historical palaces and medieval walls it seems to suddenly have stepped back in time.
In the heart of the town are located many small craftsmen shops, as there aren’t more in the cities, food shops and gastronomies in which you can buy local products.
After have visited Palazzo Pretorio, the Pieve di San Giovanni and the Church of San Lorenzo, do not miss the occasion to explore the ancient local mines on the yellow train in the Mining Park of San Silvestro.
