The Bronzivalle farmhouse restaurant uses only 0 km ingredients from its farm or from the surrounding countryside.
The menu mainly includes traditional Tuscan cuisine: generous portions full of flavor and genuine aromas. On request, menus for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs are also available.
At the Bronzivalle table there is never a shortage of Chianina meat, served in various cuts, and local wines produced on the hills of Val di Cornia or in Maremma.
The restaurant is open for dinner for the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Reservation is required. Euro 28 per person including wine.
